HOW TO BOOK
To book your reservation, call or text 201-410-3742 or send an email to bergenbouncellc@gmail.com. Please include the following information:
- Your Name & Best Contact Information
- Your Event Location
- Your Event Start & End Time
- Desired Inflatable (click here for options)
Once we've confirmed availability, we require a $50 deposit to hold your date. The deposit can be applied to future reservations should you need to cancel or change your event. We will contact you to confirm a delivery time a few days prior to your event. Deliveries will be made at least 1 hour prior to start time.
Please make sure we have access to a grounded outlet. We will provide an extension cord.
If you are renting a water inflatable, please make sure there is water access nearby and a hose to connect to. We do NOT provide hoses.

How do I make a deposit?We accept deposits via Venmo or Zelle. If you do not have either of these payment methods, please contact us to coordinate a different method of payment. Sorry! We do not accept credit cards at this time.

How much space do I need to have?Depending on the inflatable you choose, you will need a minimum of 15'x20' upto 25'x25' space to accomodate our bounce houses. You can see the size of each bounce house on our infltables page. Our inflatables can be set up on soft (lawn) or hard (driveway, patio, gravel) surfaces.

When do I make my final payment?The balance of your rental fee is due upon delivery. Acceptable payments include cash, check, Venmo or Zelle. Sorry! We are not accepting credit card payments at this time.
